I was very close to the Cross family for many years, but distance kept us apart for at least two decades.

The Cross' were wonderful to me.  Linda, Lenny's sister and I were very good friends.  Lenny married shortly after his return from Vietnam and started a family.  I remember him as quiet, but with a witty personality.  I am saddened to hear of Lenny's passing.
